I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. Everyone is so kind! I am a self pay patient and I needed an emergency dental extraction—they provided me with upfront estimates and made sure I was informed of the costs and had all my questions answered. The service itself was quick and as pain free as it could be. I had clear discharge and after care instructions provided.

I am 60 and started seeing dentists at 15. This is the first time I have found a dentist that actually exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this place, the people at the front desk are the nicest ever, they are kind, never rude, very professional and discreet. Dr Small is very thorough, affable and excellent. I went the other day because one very old crown fell off my tooth, and I asked her if she could please cement it back in place temporarily until I can afford a new crown. She did it immediately without any questions. She didn’t have to, it wasn’t a crown she put on, but she made herself available. Kudos to such professionalism! Hard to find these days! I have tried most of the dentists in the Harrisburg area, and Smile Solutions Dentistry is definitely at the top. Please take your business there, you won’t regret it.

As I told the ladies at the front desk after checking out, I have been to many different dentist during my 70 years and I feel more comfortable and at ease here. The people who work there are very nice and friendly and always have a smile for you. Dr. Small is fantastic, she is also very nice and friendly. She and her assistant were great during the procedure I had. I never felt uncomfortable or anxious at all. I would highly recommend Smile Solutions in Harrisburg to anyone. For the first time I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

My visit to Smile Solutions Dentistry was second to none. There was absolutely no waiting, I was seen right away. My dental hygienist, Kari is awesome! She made me feel so comfortable. Smile Solutions in Harrisburg, NC is amazing! The staff were very friendly and patient! The facility is beautiful. My daughter became a new patient several months ago, so I decided to give them a try. I had such a pleasant first visit. With me being in the medical field, I love when people take the time to explain what they’re doing. I’ve never had anyone explain their dental jargon during a cleaning. Dr. Trey Miller was great too!
